Postseason Meet Participation

All athletes are invited to participate in ONE postseason meet. Your coaches will notify you if you have been selected for the Lakeland Championship Meet on June 10th/11th at our home track. Only the top two athletes in each age group and event qualify for this meet. You will be notified by your coaches if you have qualified. The great news is that if you are not selected for this meet, you have the opportunity to compete in what is considered by many to be the most fun meet of the year - the Open Meet next Saturday June 4th at Morris Hills HS in Rockaway. Please note that if you are selected for any event in the Championship Meet, you cannot compete in any event at the Open Meet. The Open Meet removes all regular season competitive restrictions, meaning all athletes can compete in as many different events as they would like to. Distance runners can crossover to sprint and vice versa. All are invited to do shot put and long jump. For each event you participate in, you will receive a ribbon. All athletes are expected to participate in one postseason meet. Let's finish the season strong!

DISTANCE - Practice Schedule

The Distance practice schedule for the remainder of the season is as follows: Tues 5/24, Thu 5/26, Thu 6/2. (NO practice on Tue 5/31). POSTSEASON: Those participating in Championships also practice Tue 6/7 and Thu 6/9. Your coach will communicate Championship participation, all others plan to compete in the Open Meet June 4th.

Parsippany Meet is Now Cancelled

The Parsippany coaching staff has just informed us that they will not be able to attend the rescheduled meet, so this meet is now cancelled. Practices will continue through the postseason, as all athletes still have either the Open or Championship meet remaining.

All Girls Sprinters

Monday May 23 practice is cancelled due to the East Coast Relays being held at the Randolph track. Come out and see some of the best high school relay teams in the east compete. We will resume practice Wednesday 5/25 @ 6:30pm to prepare for tough Parsippany meet Wed 6/1.

Athletes Come Up Strong in Tri-Meet

Despite missing several key team members, the athletes showed up strong in Madison and pulled out a double-win against both Madison and Mount Olive. That wraps up the regular season for the athletes. Coaches will communicate to all individuals who have qualified for the Championship Meet. For all other athletes, your last meet will be the Open Meet, considered by all participants to be the most fun of any meet of the season. Athletes have no event restrictions at this meet, meaning they can participate in as many field or track events as they please. See your coaches for more details. It is expected that all athletes participate in their respective postseason meet (Open or Championship).
